Do I need reserves?

What if DSCR is below 1.0?
We can still approve loans with DSCR as low as 0.75, but rates will be higher and down payment requirements increase.

Can I finance a fix-and-flip?
No, DSCR loans are for rental properties you'll hold long-term. Ask us about bridge loans for fix-and-flip projects.

Do you allow LLCs?
Yes! You can close in your LLC, trust, or personal name.
