Dana holds licenses in both SC and NC. She brings over 25 years of experience in real estate brokerage, investment and commercial properties, as well as international real estate investments. Additionally, Dana has more than 20 years of experience in business ownership, sales, and marketing in both the US and abroad.

For nine years, she worked alongside her husband as an exclusive luxury buyer’s agent in North Carolina at their firm, Realty World – Lake & City. Dana has also co-owned and partnered with retail and restaurant businesses in the Flamingo area of Costa Rica. She holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University and has lived in the Carolinas for over 16 years. Dana specializes in working with first-time homebuyers, high-dollar property financing, and working with investment clients.
